In the execution of activity 2 from project BG05SFOP001-2.025-0151 "Implementation of Effective Policies for Good Governance at the Local Level through the Support of the Civil Sector", a Methodology for Monitoring, Partner Visits, and Reviews was developed concerning the exercise of powers and responsibilities by local authorities in accordance with the 12 principles of the Strategy for Innovation and Good Governance at the Local Level of the Council of Europe.
